Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
AgentKits ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit. Privacy shouldn't require a law degree to understand.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. If you email us or use a contact or submission form, we collect your name, email address, and anything you include in your message. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email and any preferences you specify.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect technical information: usage data (pages visited, time on page, referral sources), device information (browser, operating system, and city- or country-level location, never precise location), and cookies or similar technologies. You control cookies through your browser settings.
Account information. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive and store your Google account identifier, display name, and profile picture URL. We never receive or store your Google password, and we do not store your email address. If you fill in profile details (a username, bio, or links such as a website, GitHub, Reddit, Discord, or X handle), we store exactly what you enter, linked to your account, so it syncs across your devices. You can edit or clear these at any time from your workspace, and signing in is entirely optional — the site works without it.
How we use your information
We use information to provide and improve our content, respond to your inquiries, analyze site performance, and understand our audience in aggregate. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, an email service provider (if you subscribe or contact us), Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and Google Sign-In for optional accounts. Microsoft Clarity additionally records anonymized session interactions — clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement, with text inputs masked — to produce heatmaps and session replays we use to improve usability. These services process data under their own privacy policies and are required to handle data responsibly. We encourage reviewing their policies.
Interactive features and the game
Interactive features such as the “Predict the Break” game record anonymous, aggregated interaction data — which card was shown, the option chosen, whether it was correct, and a coarse country derived from your request. We do not collect your name, account, or any prompt content through the game, and we do not use it to identify you. We use it to understand which agent failure modes are hardest to recognize and to improve the AgentAz™ Specification, the Compliance Scanner, and our educational content. If we ask which best describes you (for example, on a first visit), that response is stored only in aggregate to help us prioritize, and a one-way hash of your IP is used solely to avoid asking again — we do not store your raw IP for this purpose. Any prompt you explicitly choose to contribute is sanitized to remove secrets and personal data and reviewed before any derived, anonymized material is published.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies (needed for the site to function), analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — aggregated usage data and anonymized session replays with text inputs masked), and preference cookies (such as your light/dark theme choice and, if you sign in, your session, stored on your device). You can view, delete, or block cookies through your browser, though blocking some may limit functionality.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting, and limited access. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as necessary — keeping correspondence to address your inquiry, newsletter emails until you unsubscribe, and analytics in aggregate form.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or port your data, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@agent-kits.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by law.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us so we can delete it.
International users
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own. By using the site, you consent to this transfer, and we take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protection.
Third-party links and advertising
Our content may link to external sites we don't control; review their privacy policies before sharing information. If we ever display advertising or include affiliate links, we disclose those relationships and maintain editorial independence — recommendations are based on value, not commissions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically and will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the site.
